Language Services Project Manager

Reporting directly to the Interpreting Manager, the Project Manager is responsible for day-to-day project coordination and managing comprehensive support for interpreting services, proficiency testing, translation, and language-related services. This role includes leading initiatives, mentoring team members, and driving process improvements to enhance service efficiency.  Learn more and apply here.

Multicultural Specialist and Interpreting Services Coordinator

Reporting directly to the Interpreting Manager, the Multicultural Specialist and Interpreting Services Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of day-to-day support of interpreting services, proficiency testing, and language-related services. The individual should be able to work under pressure and maintain a sense of humor during busy times. They also provide excellent customer service under direction. Learn more and apply here

Many of our medical and social service clients require interpreters to have a minimum of 40 hours of professional

Multicultural Language Services Administrative Support
Reporting to the Director and CFO, the Multicultural Language Services Administrative Support position supports all aspects of day-to-day language-related services. They provide payment processing for interpreters, translators and testers, supporting the Vendor Manager and Workflow Manager with recruiting and compliance and staffing of appointments.

The Administrative Support Candidate can work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines and collaborate effectively with colleagues.  The Language Services Administrative Support position provides excellent service when interacting directly with vendors and clients.
